As a prospective first-time homebuyer, I attempted to contact Alexisis on multiple occasions across a two-week period to inquire about next steps. Despite allowing a reasonable period for follow-up, I did not receive any response. The absence of engagement was did not inspire confidence in the level of client support being offered.
